Department of Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgery at Rhythm Heart Institute provide 360 degree solutions to the patient regarding pre and post-surgery. Department is equipped with latest surgical gadgets to perform complex Bypass Surgery (CABG), Valve Surgeries, Septal defects or any abnormality in the structure of the Heart. Since 2012 CTVS department successfully operates more than 400-500 surgeries every year.
Dr Sundeep Soman – MS, M.Ch Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgeon leads the department as chief cardiothoracic surgeon. He has experience of performing more than 3000 CVTS surgeries which includes Bypass surgeries, Valve surgeries, septal defects, aneurysms, Thoracic Surgeries, Vascular surgeries, AV fistula etc.
Dr Margi Amin MS, M.Ch Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgeon is also part of the CVTS team and having experience of performing more than 2000 Cardiothoracic surgeries, peripheral Vascular Surgeries, Vein surgeries (Varicose veins).
